All our arenas are constructed to the highest standards using high quality materials that are proven to work 

Every arena is constructed in seven stages

 

Each stage is carried out on it's own merit using the latest laser level technology along side modern equipment and of course, our experience.

Preparing the site by removing grass, topsoil and any unsuitable material

Leveling the site by reducing the level of any high areas and increasing the level of any low areas with suitable material

Laying the drains.

Trenches are excavated to a suitable depth. Perforated drainage pipe is laid and covered with free draining stone or other suitable  material 

The fence is erected.

All post holes are augered to full depth and the posts set in concrete

The base is laid. A high grade geo-textile membrane Terram 115 or equivalent is laid and covered

to a depth of approximately 6" with a suitable free draining stone or hardcore material

which is then compacted to prevent movement

The surface is laid. Another layer of geo-textile membrane is laid and covered with the riding medium, in this case Fibretrack

Inspection. All aspects of the arena are inspected to ensure that the arena is to your expectations
